--All of our items are brand new, never seconds and never "refurbished" in any way.
--We ship to throughout the 48 States for free. We use USPS as our main shipping method and First Class or Parcel Post depending on weight of the item. We insure items that are expensive or breakable.
--Customers can request FedEx or any other quicker form of shipping at their own expense and cost.
--We disclose what each item is made out of and give as accurate details related to measurements and weights as we can.
--We take our own pictures of all of our items.
--We ship out 24 to 48 hours from purchase and receiving payment. Note that all checks must clear our accounts before shipping your item.
--We take returns if the item is misrepresented in any way or if by accident, we send out the wrong item, regarding color, etc.
--Client pays for all return shipping costs if applicable.
--Items returned to us that are not being misrepresented or are not disfuntional in any way, (in other words that are AS represented, but buyer decides not to keep it for personal reasons beyond our control), are subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of Tally's Treasures.
--We have the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items returned to us.
