Who is Tally's Treasures, LLC?
Tally's Treasures, LLC was incorporated about 3 years ago. We have been in business since 1999 on the web. We help those with discriminating tastes and a limited budget, never-the-less find and purchase some of the most unique and lovely imported and designer inspired jewelry and house hold items. Our motto is: We scour the globe, so that you don't have to!" We specialize in jewelry, crystal and baby jewelry from around the globe. Some of the countries that we get merchandise from are: Italy, Germany, Spain, India, Thailand, Nepal, Indonesia, Poland, Hungary and Germany. Our items change constantly so be sure to check back often.

When will my item ship after payment?
Once payment is received and confirmed, we usually ship from 24 to 48 hours. We process all our payments through PayPal at this time, which is the quickest and safest way to do business on the internet. We have a complete business merchant account through PayPal, which allows our customers to either pay through their PayPal account or use their credit card on the secure PayPal site to purchase their items with.
We ship by United Postal Service and usually send First Class, Priority or Parcel Post, depending on the weight of the item. We insure all items that might be breakable or expensive at no extra cost to the client.
NOTE: If you need your item quicker than the above shipping methods, you must email us prior to purchase so that we can give you the cost of shipping, (such as FedEx). We do not cover the cost for expedited items.

What method of shipping carriers do you use?
For the most part if the item is less than 13 ozs., we send it First Class US Mail for Domestic and Letter Post or Global Priority for International and Canada shipments. Large items will be sent by Parcel Post. Depending on the delicacy of the item (breakable or very valuable) we will send with FedEx with tracking number and fully insured. We automatically insure for all Canadian and International shipments. We will always declare the method of shipping in our descriptions along with the cost, so that our clients always know what they will be paying upfront.
Our clients can also request another form of shipment, but we will charge for FedEx or other services if our usual shipping is through USPS.

What are the return policies for Tally's?
Items may be returned for a full retund if they are deemed to be dysfuntional (do not operate the right way when you get them) or you did not receive the right size (such as with rings, etc.) when you receive them. You will have to pay for the shipping costs of the return. We will refund where appropriate the cost of the item, if it HAS NOT BEEN DAMAGED or DOES NOT show wear of any kind. Please be advised that is an item is returned through no fault of our own (as in we send you the wrong size or we ship a broken item) we have a right to charge a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. This is in the long run a benefit to our customers, so that we can keep our prices down from unnecessary frivolous returns. and "buyers remorse." Thank you for understanding.

Do you keep a large inventory of items?
NO. We find things all the time and grab them. Sometimes we can only get a handful of one item, so if you love something, please consider purchasing it very, very soon, since it is first come, first served....you might not find it again, when you log into our store if you wait on it.
And the countries that supply us cannot be relied upon to gain access to the same exported items. We are especially aware of the hardships recently in Thailand and Indonesia and we are not sure when we can re-order some of the lovely imported jewelry and baby bracelets from that region.
We keep our eyes and ears open to where the bargains are. We run to purchase some of these and sometimes, they don't even make it into our online auctions or stores since they are sold off locally! If we have any left, we toss them into our store for a great bargain price and just know that our customers appreciate the deals that they can get from us.
Again, if you love something, get it now.

Do you run sales or discounts?
All of our merchandise is at such a fabulous price, that our customers don't seem to mind when we don't offer enticements or incentives for them. They are happy to have these items at our everyday incredible deals. Look around at Online "TV Shopping Sites" or other Department stores and see if you can match our prices. You won't be able to. We have low overhead and no "brick and mortar" to pay a mortgage for, so we pass the savings right on to you!
We think that beats any periodic discounts or sales that others might lure buyers with.

I clicked the Add to Cart for the Item but how do I complete the transaction?
Some users do not fully go through the ENTIRE shopping and paying process and then wonder why their items have not been shipped. Please carefully proceed through ALL THE online screens and through the final PAYPAL process. You will get a confirmation order number and a confirmation that your payment has been accepted. Due to our business schedule we can't always email individuals and alert them that their payment did not go through. If we don't see a payment actually hit our business account in PayPal we CANNOT SHIP YOUR ITEM. Payment must be received for us to begin the shipping process. Are my items insured during shipment?
For the most part, any item that is somewhat delicate or expensive will include insurance during shipping. We ship through USPS First Class or Parcel Post for Domestic shipments. For Canada or International Shipments: Global Priority Mail with Insurance or Parcel Post with Insurance, depending on the weight of the item.
Sometimes FedEx Ground will be used for our more delicate crystal and glassware pieces. We always include a tracking number with your shipment notice, where possible so you can keep track of the shipping time. Note that International shipments sent through Parcel Post or Global Priority do not offer any tracking numbers.

I really like some of the items, but really want it in another color, size or style, can you help me?
We can certainly try. Never be shy about contacting us. If you like something or are looking for something in particular, describe it to us and let us see if we can locate it for you. Consider us your personal shopper. We get to know our customers likes and then try to match up our merchandise to their needs. We have customers tell us time and again, that they just love the personal attention we give them regarding our merchandise offerings. Do you like a certain stone? A certain cut of stone? Yellow gold vs. white gold? Tell us and we will try our best to locate it for you.

Do you use dropshipping?
No, we really don't use dropshipping. We believe that you are entitled to your merchandise when you pay for it. We won't make you wait weeks for something just because we have to order it from a dropshipper. That isn't fair to you! That is one of the reasons that we have very limited quantities of items. We don't have a warehouse and can only hold a certain amount of items locally, so we replenish as we sell them off. A little bit at a time from our wholesalers and importers. When the items arrive, that is the only time that we load them up to our site and offer them to our customers.

Are you planning to add high end jewelry to your stock?
Yes, we are currently, slowly gaining strength in offering items that are going to be gold and precious gems, along with some diamonds. Tally's Treasures is continuing to open up this market for our clients and we are locating wholesalers, estate sellers and importers that carry some beautiful pieces. Again, we are not going to be ordering a bunch of 'everyday' ordinary items that you can find at any department store or mall. We "cherry pick" each item and will not sell it unless we personally would love to have it in our collection. But rest assured that it will be of high end and top quality with great value pricing! That is our promise to our loyal supporters.

Sometimes I feel like your prices are too low. How can you offer these quality items for these prices?
Simple....low overhead. No huge department store's mortgage to pay. No salespeople standing around and needing to get paid their salary. No marketing person commanding a huge salary. Cut all these things out. Keep it lean and guess what? All of that markup goes away. You should really see what the markup can be on an item in a mall. It is astounding! Try 400 to 800 percent over wholesale cost to them. Rediculous!!!
Sorry if our prices are too low for you to believe. You can always send us more money, if it makes you feel better. : )

What is Murano or Venetian Glass?
These extraordinary pieces of glass are only manufactured in one region of Italy, close to Venice. There are about three islands of the coast, and Murano is the best known of them. Artisans that have lived here for many generations and have passed down their secrets in glass blowing make the most spectacular beads and crystal home decor. Each one is handcrafted and takes, as long as it takes to get it right. If there is even one imperfection after the product is made, it is smashed into bits and recycled again! Therefore, they are costly to import, and we have to take extra care in wrapping and shipping them to you. Are they worth the cost? Absolutely. They actually tend to go up in value over the years! You will find figurines, jewelry, vases, cups. lamps and chadeliers, made of these fine glasses. Most Italians will display them in a place of honor in their home usually behind glass curios and take them out only during festive occasions (such as Venetian wine glasses or decanters). You can truly know that you are special to an Italian family, if they "break out" the good Venetian glass and offer you some wine from it! : )

I see you use some Swarovski Crystals in your jewelry, are they really that much better than regular crystal?
YES! They are cut to perfection allowing the faceting to bring out the most beautiful sparkles from within. Truly as close to a diamond as you might get. Some of the most beautiful necklaces, earrings and bracelets are made from these highly sought after crystal. Tally's Treasures, LLC prides itself on being able to get some of the best crystals at moderate prices, so that we can pass on the savings to you. IF THEY ARE NOT SWAROVSKI we will disclose this in all our items. We do offer some non-swarovski jewelry, partly because we try to meet everyone's budget and some other jewelry is still beautiful to have. But trust us, you will fall in love with the luster, the quality and brilliance of these gorgeous crystals and soon will be seeking them out in all your jewelry items.
